'Sense and Sensibility': Kate's First Oscar Nomination
Kate's first Oscar nomination was for 'Sense and Sensibility' in 1995. She won the BAFTA for Supporting Actress but lost the Oscar to Mira Sorvino in 'Mighty Aphrodite'.
